Providence Computers Warranty Statement
Service:
All services that are not related to spyware or viruses carry a 30 day warranty.
Software:
All virus and spyware removal services have a 7 day warranty.*
*Software warranty will be considered void upon the following conditions:
1: If a computer leaves Providence Computers without active antivirus or antispyware software no
software warranty is provided if the computer becomes infected again.
2: Installing any AOL software on a Providence Computers new, used, or serviced computer voids
the software warranty. No software warranty will apply to either a machine leaving Providence
Computers or on machines we service on-site where AOL software is installed.
3: Installing any P2P file sharing program on a Providence Computers new, used, or serviced
computer voids the warranty.
Hardware:
Used Parts:
Used parts carry a 30 day warranty. Warranty does not cover physical damage due to improper
use or installation.
New Parts
New parts carry a 1 year warranty. Some parts may have a longer warranty from the
manufacturer. Warranty does not cover physical damage due to improper use or installation.
Laptop Jack Replacements:
Laptop jack replacements carry a 90 day warranty.
Computers:
Used Computers:
Used computers carry a 30 day warranty. Providence Computers, Inc. is not responsible for
lost data in the event of any hardware failure nor is data recovery included in the computer's
warranty.
New Computers:
New computers carry a 1 year warranty. Providence Computers, Inc. is not responsible for
lost data in the event of any hardware failure nor is data recovery included in the computer's
warranty.
