Providence Computers Returns Policy
Software
Software cannot be returned for any reason.
Used Parts
Used parts cannot be returned unless defective.
New Parts, Used Computers, and New Computers:
All sales are final after 14 days. Refunds and exchanges up to 14 days with reciept,
accessories, and original packaging. Subject to a 15% restocking fee plus credit
card proccessing fee if applicable.
Notes:
Returned may only be made by the original purchaser of the item.
Refunds will be in the same form as the payment.
If an item was paid for in cash there may be a 1 day wait processing.
Returns for items paid for by check cannot be processed until the check has cleared
our bank.
Items must be returned in original packaging with all original accessories in a
re-sellable condition.
