Our services rates are some of the most competitive in the Hampton Roads area. Times have
changed and new computer businesses have emerged and departed; Providence Computers
has been here for a phenomenal 20 years. Listed below are the current rates for all our
services both in-shop and on-site.

Standard 3 Day Service:
This is our standard service provided when same or next day is not required. Your computer
will be ready after three business days (Provided we have all required software and hardware).
Next Day Service:
Our next day service is for those that have time constraints and require an expedited
return of their computer. Computers that are next day take priority over computers in
for standard service and are placed on the work bench as soon as they are taken in.
Same Day Service:
Same day computers recieve our highest priority and are processed by what time they are
brought into the store. These computers recieve a dedicated technician during the repair
process, and the technician will remain in shop for as long as needed to return the computer,
even after normal business hours. Your hourly rate is determined by the time the machine
is checked in and remains constant throughout the repair process.

Standard Services:
This catagory includes all services done to computers with the exception of servers.
Servers
Due to the advanced nature of servers and the knowledge required to sucessfully work on and
repair these involved computer systems we charge a slightly higher fee to work on servers.
