The Recovery Process
If your hard drive is repairable, and in our opinion will stay repaired, we will return your data on your repaired
drive. If it is determined that your drive cannot be repaired, we can return your recovered data in a variety of
ways, including copying it to a new hard drive or CD/DVD. We will keep a copy of your data for one week to ensure
you have everything you need. After the one week your data will be purged from our storage vaults. Keeping your data
secure is a very high priority for us. We treat your data with the utmost security.

Pricing
Why choose Providence Computers for data recovery? Our unique process keeps your up-front costs down by trying the
inexpensive options first. Our first method for data recovery is designed to recover files that are accidentally
deleted, corrupted, or lost. This type of service is also useful hard drives or other media with minor mechanical
malfunctions. The recovery only costs you $59 (non-refundable) for the attempt to recover, and $199 if the recovery
is successful. Our second method is for severely damaged drives. This method costs $159 (non-refundable) for the
estimate, and may cost between $1000 and $2000 for successful data recovery. This advanced data recovery is designed
for hard drives with blown motors, head crashes or major mechanical malfunctions. The final price depends on the
amount of data recovered and the extent of the damage to the drive. Ninety percent of our data recovery falls under
normal methods, and only in rare cases do we need to use our advanced methods, however it is available for those
that absolutely need their data.
